At HARA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once we receive the items.
